乙型病毒性肝炎的研究现状与问题

乙型病毒性肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）引起的以肝脏炎性病变为主并可发展为慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌的一种传染病；该病在世界范围内流行，主要侵犯儿童及青壮年；是一种免疫相关性疾病，目前尚无根治措施。研发抗病毒新特药、监测并防治病毒的耐药突变及解析宿主免疫功能变化与HBV-DNA清除动力学之间的关系，是当前乙肝防治中的重点。

Present Situation and Problems of Research on Viral Hepatitis Type B

Viral hepatitis type B is one of the infectious diseases, inflammatory lesions of the liver and may progress to chronic which results from hepatitis B virus, is characterized mainly by hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer. It remains endemic around the world and be principally involved in the children and young- and middle-aged people. It is one of the immune-related diseases. At present there is no radical treatment for it. Research on anti-viral novel and potent drugs used for treating it, supervision and prevention of drug resistance mutation of the virus and analysis on association between alterations in immunologic function of the host and clearance kinetics of the HBV-DNA are the key points of the prevention and cure of the viral hepatitis type B.
