细胞凋亡与心力衰竭

摘    要:细胞凋亡是机体维持稳定的一个重要生理过程,受到基因的调控并由细胞自主进行.蛋白水解酶是凋亡过程的主要参与者,其中最重要的是半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase,caspase)家族.根据凋亡过程是否依赖半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶,细胞凋亡可分为3种途径,包括死亡受体途径、线粒体途径和内质网途径.细胞对凋亡存在正向和反向两种调节机制,从而精确控制着凋亡的反应程度.细胞凋亡对衰竭的心脏有显著的结构和功能性影响,抗凋亡干预疗法对于改善心力衰竭具有重要的临床意义.

Abstract:Apoptosis is an important physiological process of the body to maintain stability,it is regulated by genes and is an cell autonomic process.Protease is the main participant in this process, the most important of which is the cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase (caspase) family.According to apoptosis is dependent on caspases or not,there are three pathways,death receptor pathway, mitochondrial pathway and endoplasmic reticulum pathway.There are positive and negative regulation mechanisms of cell apoptosis,which can precisely control apoptosis process.Apoptosis has very significant structural and functional consequences in the failing heart, and anti-apoptotic therapy has important clinical value in improving heart failure.
