| 摘 要： | 视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是临床上常见的视网膜血管疾病,其继发的黄斑水肿则是导致视力受损的重要原因,近年来玻璃体内注射抗VEGF药物在消除黄斑水肿及提高患者视力上取得了明显的疗效。主要就视网膜静脉阻塞的流行病学、病理机制以及黄斑水肿的治疗现状做一综述。

| Abstract: | RVO is a common retinal vascular disease.Macular edema is one of major cause to induce visual damage.With the application of anti-VEGF drug in clinic,macular edema can be reduced and vision is improved.The essay mainly summarized the epidemiologies and mechanisms of retinal vein occlusion and the treatment of macular edema with anti-VEGF reagents. |
