摘    要:本文分析了我国药学硕士培养存在的问题,为保证工业药学方向药学硕士的培养质量,在课程设置与教学、专业实践、实训实习方案、导师遴选与组成和毕业设计(论文)指导等方面进行探索与创新,探索并建立了校企联合办学工业药学方向药学硕士培养新模式.

Abstract:In this article,the present situation of professional degree training of pharmaceutical postgraduates in our country has been analyzed. In order to guarantee the training quality of industrial pharmacy professional degree postgraduates, curriculum provision and teaching, professional practice, internships and practical activities scheme, tutor selection and consist, master degree thesis (design) have been probed and innovated. One new industrial professional master of pharmacy cultivation mode has been established through coalition of college and enterprise.
