碳材料电极在药物分析测定中的应用进展

摘    要:由于具有电位窗宽、背景电流低、稳定性高、表面不易被产物钝化等优点,碳材料电极被广泛应用于电分析化学、电催化和电合成等多个领域,特别是对药物的分析与测定.本文对各种碳材料电极及化学修饰电极的种类、制备、特点及在药物分析测定中的应用进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望.

Application of carbon electrodes in pharmaceutical analysis

Abstract:Due to the wide potential window, low background current, high stability as well as low passivatable surface,carbon-material electrodes have been widely used in many fields such as electrocatalysis, electrosynthesis, and electrochemical analysis, especially in pharmaceutical analysis and determination. This paper summarized the type, preparation, characterization and application in pharmaceutical analysis of various carbon-material electrodes and their chemically modified electrodes. This paper also made a prospect of these electrodes.
