丹参活性成分及药理作用研究进展

丹参是我国一种传统中药,对多种疾病有着明显的治疗效果.现代医学研究发现,丹参中含有多种有效活性成分,如丹参酮、隐丹参酮、迷迭香酸、丹参素、丹酚酸等.研究发现丹参不仅有活血化瘀的功能,还在治疗心脑血管疾病、肝病、脉管炎和神经性衰弱等各疾病上有新的疗效.本文对近年相关文献进行综述,总结归纳了有效成分和药理活性之间的联系,为丹参的研究提供一定的参考.

Research progress on active constituents and pharmacological effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza

Salvia miltiorrhiza,a traditional Chinese medicine,has obvious therapeutic effects on a variety of diseases.Modern medical researches have found that Salvia miltiorrhiza has various of effective active components,such as tanshinone,cryptotanshinone,rosmarinic acid,danshensu,salvianolic acid.It was reported that Salvia miltiorrhiza has a lot of new pharmacological effects besides the function of stimulating blood circulation for remove blood stasis,such as effect on the treatment of cardiovascular disease,liver disease,vasculitis and neurasthenia and other diseases.In this paper,we summarized the research progress on the relationship between the effective components of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its pharmacological activities,in order to offer certain reference to the research of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
