不同附主铁皮石斛鲜品多糖含量的差异

摘    要:目的 以花盆基质栽培、水泥桩、竹片及4种不同活树附生栽培的铁皮石斛为试验材料,揭示不同附主对铁皮石斛质量的影响.方法 采用苯酚硫酸法测定其多糖含量.结果 附生在檀香、降香黄檀和马占相思上的铁皮石斛多糖含量较高,达5.0%以上,花盆次之为4.16%,附生在水泥桩和竹片上的含量相等,均为3.10%,龙眼树最低仅2.87%.结论 檀香、降香黄檀和马占相思等珍贵或速生阔叶树作附主材料能较大提高铁皮石斛的质量.

Abstract:Objective To determine the suitable support materials for growing Dendrobium officinal,substrate cultivation poles,concrete poles and bamboo strips and trunks of four different trees were used as experimental materials. Methods Polysaccharide content was determined by a phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results It showed polysaccharide content in the Dendrobium plants attached on the trunks of Santalum album,Dalbergia odorifera and Acacia mangium trunks all exceeded 5.0%,followed by that grwon in flower pots at 4.16%.The Dendrobium plants attached to concrete poles and bamboo strips had equal polysaccharide content of 3.10% while the lowest content of 2.87% was obtained for the Dendrobium plants fixed to Dimocarpus longan.Conclusion These results demonstrated that using the trunks of S.album,D.odorifera and A.mangium as epiphytic support materials could greatly increase the polysaccharide content in this Dendrobium officinale species.
