| 摘 要： | 放射性皮炎是肿瘤放疗过程中十分常见的并发症,会导致放疗中断,影响放疗效果.近年来对放射性皮炎的预防和治疗方法有了很多新的进展,现将放射性皮炎的发病机制和药物防治研究做一综述,为临床治疗和科学研究提供一定的理论依据.

| Abstract: | Radiodermatitis is a common complication of tumor radiotherapy leading to interruption or termination of radiotherapy.In recent years,there have been many new research progress for the prevention and treatment of radiodermatitis.This paper reviewed the mechanism of radiodermatitis and declared the current situation of its prevention and treatment. |
