糖尿病创面的炎症机制研究进展

慢性创面是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,其愈合延迟,甚至久治不愈,既降低了患者的生活质量,也加重了经济负担.在糖尿病状态下,中性粒细胞数目和功能异常,巨噬细胞功能和表型转换紊乱,炎症复合体活化,形成持续扩大的炎症反应,从而使创面愈合障碍.本文就糖尿病创面的相关炎症机制作一综述,以期为糖尿病创面的治疗药物开发提供信息.

Advances in the research and development of inflammatory mechanism in diabetic wound

Chronic wounds,a serious complication of diabetes,are refractory or even incurable.It not only reduces the quality of life of patients,but also aggravates the burden of the patients.In diabetes,wound healing is disturbed by a sustained amplified inflammatory response,in which the number and function of neutrophils are abnormal,the functions and phenotypes of macrophages are disordered,and the inflammatory complex is activated.In this article,the related inflammatory mechanisms of diabetic wound were reviewed so as to provide information for the drug development of diabetic wounds.
