| 摘 要： | 我国是全球肝癌发病率最高和病死数最多的国家,肝癌患者约占全球的55%,因此肝癌的研究一直是我国临床和基础研究的热点.肝癌动物模型,尤其是小鼠肝癌模型,是研究肝癌生物学特性、发病机理、药物筛选和肝癌治疗的重要工具.本文简要回顾近年来常用的小鼠肝癌模型,为肝癌发生相关的基因功能研究提供思路和方向.

| Abstract: | China is a country of the highest incidence of global liver cancer and the largest number of liver cancer death,which accounts for about 55% of the world.So the study of liver cancer has been the focus of clinical and basic research in China. Animal model of liver cancer,especially the mouse liver cancer model,is an important tool to study the biological characteristics,pathogenesis,drug screening and thetherapies of liver cancer.This paper briefly reviewed the commonly used model of mouse liver cancer in recent years,and provided ideas and directions for the study of gene functions related to the occurrence of liver cancer. |
