| 摘 要： | 目的观察采用美国JP公司生产的光固化系列产品;中国广西南宁越洋实用技术公司生产的越洋牌超强光固化机(光能量达1300MW),用超强光粘接固定桥修复缺失牙的临床疗效.方法对66例各种不同情况的缺失牙,用超强光粘接桥进行了粘接固定义齿的修复.结果通过近一年多的临床观察,选用超强光粘接桥修复的66例缺失牙中,除有1例因条件不好失败外,其余6例无脱落、折断、变色等现象,深受患者喜爱.结论超强光拈接桥最大的优点是不用牙体预备或少量磨除基牙的牙体组织,无金属冠套,无基托,无异物感,一次就诊即可完成,对于尖牙、第一双尖牙的修复,超强光粘接桥有其独特的优越性,值得推广应用. |

| Abstract: | Objective The light. fixing and filling product is made in Amerioan JP company is used for observation. The strong light fixing machine(light power 130OMW) made in Nanning Yueyang Technical Company in Guangxi province, is used for connecting and filling lost teeth. Methods The strong light fixed machine has been suaessfully used for connecting and filling 66 different lost teeth. Clinical practice After more than one year obevservation, only one connected and filled teeth is failed and others are succeeded. All teeth patients prefer to this clinical method.Result This method advantages:Na teeth body preparation or less teeth body tissne for polishing basis teeth, no met.al hat, no infection and one time treatment is ok, so the treatmetn of the strong light connecting and filling teeth is valuabal for development and practice. |
