舒适护理在消化性溃疡并出血患者中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在消化性溃疡并出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院自2010年1月-2012年1月间收治的100例消化性溃疡并出血患者进行研究和分析，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行舒适护理，比较和分析两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组治愈患者为22例，治疗有效患者为14例。治疗无效患者为14例，治疗有效率为72％，病情复发患者为6例，观察组治愈患者为29例，治疗有效患者16例，治疗无效患者为5例，治疗有效率为90％，病情复发患者为2例，观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论对消化性溃疡并出血患者进行舒适护理能够有效减轻患者痛苦，提高治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量，降低病情复发率，值得临床推广应用。

TO Investigate the Application of Comfort Care in Peptic and Ulcer Bleeding

Objective To study the efficacy of comfort care in peptic ulcer and bleeding. Methods All the selected cases for 2010January to 2011January were 100patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding. To meet the patients were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group,50cases in each group. The control group were treated by routine nursing methods, and the treat- ment group were treated by comfortable nursing basis of routine nursing. Compare and analyze the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results In the control group,22cases were cured,14cases were markedly effective and 14cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 72%.In the treatment group,29cases were cured , 16cases were markedly effective and 5cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%.Clinical efficacy of treatment group than in the control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing can alleviate the suffering of patients, improve the treating effect and living quality of patients, and reduce relapse rate, so it＇s an important nursing work, and be worthy if clinical application.
