我院2010-2012年中药注射剂应用分析

目的:探讨中药注射剂的应用特点和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,选取我院2010-2012年中药注射剂的年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等项目进行统计分析。结果:我院2010-2012年中药注射剂品种数基本稳定,销售金额逐年上升,其中活血化瘀类中药注射剂销售金额稳居首位,且构成比均在50%以上;单品种中,销售金额和DDDs排名前10位的也以活血化瘀类中药注射剂为主。结论:中药注射剂临床应用日益增多,应加强对其安全性、有效性的监测,促进其合理应用。

Analysis of the Application of TCM Injection in Our Hospital during 2010--2012

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for clinical rational drug use by investigating the characteristic and tendency of TCM injection. METHODS： By retrospective method, the application of TCM injection in our hospital during 2010--2012 was ana- lyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum, DDDs, DDC, etc. RESULTS： The amount of drug varieties kept basically in our hospital during 2010--2012; the consumption sum TCM injection increased year by year, among which TCM injection for activat- ing blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis took up the first place and accounted for 50% above. Among single species, the top 10 drugs in the list of consumption sum and DDDs mostly were the drugs for activating circulation to remove blood stasis. CON- CLUSIONS ： The safety and validity monitoring should be strengthened to promote rational use of TCM injection under the circum- stances of the increase of the use of TCM injection day by day.
