| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺结合中药离子导入治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将140例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组采用针刺、中药离子导入治疗,对照组单纯采用针刺治疗。结果:观察组69例,痊愈率为82.61%,总有效率为98.55%;对照组68例,痊愈率为60.29%,总有效率为88.24%。组间比较有差异(P0.05)。结论:针刺结合中药离子导入治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能改善供血,提高临床疗效,值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine ion-introduction on treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis（CSA）.Methods：140 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,70 cases in each.The treatment group were given acupuncture and TCM ion-introduction,while the other group were acupuncture only.Results：The cure rate and total effective rate in the treating group were 82.61% and 98.55% respectively,60.29% and 88.24% in the control group.Statistical difference was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical application of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine ion-introduction on the treatment of CSA can improve the blood supply and can enhance the clinical effect. |
