| 摘 要： | 偏侧面肌痉挛（facialspasm，FS），又称面肌抽搐是指一侧面部不自主阵挛性抽动。有原发性和继发性之分，是临床比较常见、顽固难治的一种疾病，常影响患者的身心健康，药物治疗效果差，外科手术又相对风险大，治疗费用高，且患者难以接受。我科采用穴位埋线治疗面肌痉挛36例，现报道如下。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in treating hemifacial spasm. Methods Thirty-six patients with hemifacial spasm were treated by acupoint catgut embedding. Pre-/post-treatment spasm grades were compared. Results The total efficacy rate was 97.2% in the patients after treatment. There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in spasm grade in the patients （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding is an effective way to treat hemifacial spasm. |
