摘    要:目的:探讨进驻高原不同海拔高度不同时间青年血中丙二醛(MDA0和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的变化。方法:对从平原(海拔1400m)进驻海拔3700m和5380m高原第7天及半年的56名某部官兵进行MDA和SOD测定,并与20名平原健康青年作对照。

Abstract:To observe the changes of serum MDA and SOD in healthy youths who were exposed to higher different altitude and duration from lower altitude. Methods:56 healthy youths were used to determine the serum level of MDA and SOD at altitude of 3 700m and 5 300m on the 7th postaltitude day and after 6 months,and compared with 20 youths-matched (alttitude of 1 400m ).Results:The serum level of MDA increased obviously higher in 3 700m and 5 300m high altitude than that in a lower altitude,contrary,SOD( P <0 05 or <0 01).The level of SOD and MDA on the 7th postaltitude day was higher than after 6 months,especially higher at 5 300m altitude ( P <0 05 or <0 01).There was a greater increase( P <0.01) in level of SOD.Increase( P <0.05) of MDA at 5 300m altitude was higher than that at 3 700m altitude on the 7th postaltitude day and aftr 6 months.Conclusions:The present data has demonstrated there is a disorder between the proceess of oxidation and antioxidation in healthy youths at high altitude,and the reaction of lipid hyperoxidation is significantly increased while the affect of antioxidation on body is weakness .
