| Abstract: | Beginning with the patients＇ cost in medical disputes processing, this paper analyzed medical disputes processing from an economic view, explored influencing factors in patients＇ selection of processing approaches, and proposed guidelines and principles of systematic planning for optimizing medical disputes processing. |
