| 摘 要： | 采用￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ－ｃｃＭ４ＭｃＡｂ对１０例胃癌病人、４例非胄癌病人进行放射免疫显像（ＲＩＳ）研究，观察了血清ＴＡＧ－７２抗原量、抗体注入量对ＲＩＳ阳性检出率的影响。结果表明注入￣（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ－ｃｃＭ４后，胃癌阳性检出率６０％，肝转移阳性检出率５０％，全部良性病变显示阴性结果。注入抗体８ｈ后为最佳显像时间，给予一定量抗体后，增加抗体用量并不提高ＲＩＳ的阳性检出率。血清ＴＡＧ－７２抗原含量与ＲＩＳ肿瘤阳性检出率明显相关。

| Abstract: | Using 99mTc labeled ccM4 monoclonal antibody,the radioimniunoscintigraphy(RIS)was performed in 10 patients with gastric carcinoma and4 patients with benign gastric diseases. Therelationship between serum TAG-72 level an the amount of antibody administered with the positivescintigaphic detection were observed.The results showed that after injection of 0.5～1.5 mg 99mTc-ccM4(15～40 mCi),60%of the gastric carcinoma and 50%of the liver metastatic lesions presentedpositive scans and all benign lesions showed negative scans.The optimaI time for imaging was found tobe 8 hours after antibody injection. After injection of the present amount of antibody,no dose-depen-dent relationship were shown with positive RIS. The serum TAG-72 antigen level were shown tohave positive correlation with positive scintigraphic detection. |
