循证护理对乳腺癌根治性手术后肩关节功能的影响

目的：探讨循证护理对乳腺癌根治性手术后肩关节功能的康复疗效。方法：回顾性分析160例行乳腺癌根治性手术患者的资料，根据护理方式不同，分为循证护理组和常规护理组，对比分析两组患者术后肩关节功能评分和肩关节活动度。结果：两组患者均顺利随访6个月，常规护理组患者术后6个月Neer肩关节功能评分平均为（80.2±6.4）分，循证护理组为（90.6±7.2）分。循证护理组患者术后6个月Neer肩关节功能评分及优良率均明显高于常规护理组；循证护理组患者术后6个月内旋、外展、后伸、屈曲的活动度均明显高于常规护理组。结论：循证护理能够有效的改善乳腺癌根治性手术后患者肩关节的功能，提高患者的生活质量，促进疾病的治疗效果。

The influence of Evidence-based nursing after the breast cancer radical surgery on shoulder joint function

Objective:The evidence-based nursing for breast cancer after radical surgery of shoulder joint func-tion rehabilitation efficacy. Methods:the data were retrospectively analyzed 160 patients after the breast cancer radical surgery , based on the difference of nursing way, divided into evidence-based nursing and routine nursing ,Compari-son and analysis score the patients of two group. The Results:of the two group . two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months, after 6 months, the routine nursing group score is 80.2±6.4,the evidence-based nursing is 90.6±7.2. the results of evidence-based nursing is better than the routine nursing. the activity of the evidence-based nursing like internal rotation, outreach, after stretch, bucking are significantly higher than the routine nursing group. Conclusion:the evidence-based nursing have improvement effect on the shoulder joint function, improve the patient's quality of life, promote the therapeutic effect of the disease.
