妇科恶性肿瘤围手术期静脉血栓预防方法和意义

目的：评价医用弹力袜(ES)或与踝泵(AP)联合使用预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的价值。方法：将165例妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者，随机分为对照组、单纯ES组、ES+AP组，每组55例。对照组术后不做任何干预，单纯ES组使用医用弹力袜进行下肢局部加压，ES+AP组患者每日行踝泵练习联合医用弹力袜加压下肢促进下肢血液循环。比较三组下肢深静脉血栓形成率。结果：ES+AP组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。ES+AP组显著低于单纯Es组(P<0.05)。但对照组和单纯ES组间并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：ES与AP联合使用能有效降低妇科恶性肿瘤术后DVT发生。

Gynecological malignant tumor perioperative venous thrombosis prevention methods and significance

Objective:To evaluate medical stretch hose (ES) or an ankle pump (AP) combined with gynecologic malignant tumor prevention postoperative lower limb deep vein thrombosis (DVT) the value of the form. Methods:165 patients with gynecological malignant tumor surgery, were randomly divided into control group, pure ES and ES+AP group, 55 cases in each group. Postoperative don't do any intervention, control group pure ES group using medical stretch hose for partial pressure of lower limb, ES+AP group of patients daily line of ankle joint medical stretch hose pump exercise pressure lower limb promote blood circulation of lower limbs. Compare three sets of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis rate. Results: ES+AP group was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05).ES+AP group was significantly lower than pure ES group ( P<0.05).But no significant difference between control group and simple ES group (P>0.05) .Conclusion:ES with AP can effectively reduce the gynecology malignant tumor postopera-tive DVT.
