铜陵县顺安镇3775例农村妇女宫颈癌筛查结果分析

目的：通过筛查了解农村妇女生殖健康及宫颈癌发病情况，探索开展农村群体宫颈癌筛查的可行方法及防治措施。方法：对参加筛查的3775例农村妇女进行常规妇科检查，阴道分泌物检查，宫颈细胞学检查及阴道镜检查，将结果进行回顾性分析。结果：经组织病理学检查，宫颈癌前病变者为11例。结论：宫颈细胞学筛查是早期发现宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的主要措施，做好农村妇女宫颈癌防治的健康教育宣传，促进农村妇女自觉进行宫颈癌筛查，可有效降低宫颈癌的发病率及病死率。

Result analysis of 3775 cases of the rural women cervical cancer screening in Shunan town of Tongling county

Objec tiv e:To understand the rural women's reproductive health and the IR of cervical cancer, by screening method, and explore the feasible methods and measures of prevention and control of cervical cancer in rural areas.Methods:3775 women from rural areas have attended the routine gynecological check, vaginal secretion exami-nation ,cervical cytological examination and colposcopy, then all these examinations were retrospectively evaluated. Results: by histopathological examination, cervical cancer, before the lesion in 11 cases. Conclusion: cervical cytological screening is the main measure of early detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.We should increase publicity of health education in rural women and do a good job in cervical cancer prevention and control measures. Promoting rural women's consciousness in cervical cancer screening can effectively reduce the IR of cervical cancer.
