有机磷中毒阿托品使用的预见性护理

目的：探讨预见性护理在有机磷农药中毒阿托品使用中的护理作用。方法：将收治的有机磷中毒患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用预见性护理方式，对照组采用常规护理，观察两组患者的临床不良反应及治疗效果。结果：试验组阿托品不良反应发生率、中毒反跳发生率明显低于对照组，平均住院天数、阿托品总量、阿托品化时间亦少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：预见性护理能有效减少阿托品使用的不良反应，从而提高其临床疗效。

Predictive nursing of atropine used in organophosphorus poisoning

Objective:To investigate the predictive nursing care of atropine used in organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods:Organic phosphorus poisoning treated patients were randomly divided into control group and test group,the experiment group adopted the foreseeable nursing mode,the control group received routine nursing care,to observe adverse reations and clinical therapentic effect of two groups. Results:The incidence of adverse reation of at-ropine,poisoning in the test group was significantly lower than control group,the average hospitalization days,total amount of atropine,atropinization time is less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Predictive nursing care can effectively reduce the adverse reations of atropine used,to improve the clinical curative effet.
