| 摘 要： | ICU病房经口气管插管患者多，气管插管患者的口腔护理也就成了难题。该文比较了各种不同的口腔护理方法，并且主张根据患者的不同病情选择不同的方法，从而达到提高口腔护理质量、降低VAP发生率的目的。

| Abstract: | Many patients have orotracheal intubation in ICU, so oral care for orotracheal intubated patients be-come a problem.This paper compares a variety of different oral care methods,and advocate selecting different methods according to the patients different condition,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of oral care and re-duce the incidence of VAP. |
