| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨消毒供应中心实施优质护理服务的管理。方法：运用细节管理的理论，从转变思想、完善制度、细化工作流程、确保灭菌物品质量、加强沟通、重视安全管理等入手进行管理。结果：护士的服务理念更新，服务科室对消毒供应中心（以下简称CSSD）的满意度由实施前的89%上升至98%。结论：细节管理的理论应用于CSSD的管理可明显提高CSSD的护理服务质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the management of the application of superior health care in CSSD. Methods:The theories of Details Management are employed to change the concept, perfect basic regulations, refine workflow, ensure sterilized facilities, and strengthen mutual communications and safety control. Results:Nurses' service is ameliorated and the satisfaction of related departments increases from 89% to 98%. Conclusion: The theories of Details Management are practical in improving health care service in CSSD. |
