无抽搐电休克对精神分裂症患者症状及执行功能效果的观察

摘    要:目的:探讨无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症患者症状及改善执行功能的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治的60例精神分裂症患者,随机均分为对照组(抗精神病药物常规治疗)和观察组(在抗精神病药物基础上给予无抽搐电休克治疗),通过PANSS评分和BRIEF-A执行功能量表评分对治疗前后患者的临床症状和执行功能进行评价。结果:观察组治疗后PANSS总分显著低于对照组(t=-2.623,P<0.05),一般精神病理因子分显著低于对照组(t=-2.333, P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者大部分执行功能项目都有显著改善。观察组各项指标分显著优于对照组(t=-6.632, P<0.05)。结论:无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症患者疗效确切,可显著改善临床症状总和执行功能。

The treatment effect of modified electroconvulsive therapy and the improvement of executive function to schizophrenia patients

Abstract:Objective:To explore the treatment outcome of modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) and the improvement of executive function to patients with schizophrenia. Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia were ran-domly divided into control group (conventional antipsychotic drug treatment) and observation group (antipsychotic drugs treatment and MECT), PANSS and BRIEF-A functional rating scale were used to evaluate patients' clinical symptoms and executive function before and after treatment. Results:The PANSS scores of observation group are sig-nificantly lower than control group (t=-2.623,P<0.05)after treatment. And the score of general mental pathological factor of observation group are significantly lower than control group (t=-2.333,P<0.05)after treatment. The most project of executive function have improved significantly after treatment in two groups, and total index score of observation group is significantly better than control group (t=-6.632,P<0.05). Conclusion:MECT proves definite efficacy to schizophrenia, which can improves the clinical symptoms and executive function significantly.
