新形势下医院青年医务工作者思想特点分析与对策

目的：分析目前青年医务人员工作中的主要问题，并提出相应的思想政治工作的对策。方法：采用问卷调查方式，了解其对待医疗行业、职业规划、个人收入、工作压力等方面的数据。结果：大部分调查对象对工作的环境以及与同事的相处关系上满意度较高，但是调查也发现，调查对象对收入、假期安排以及医院管理满意度低，同时，调查对象普遍认为压力较大，其中工作量较大是压力来源的主要因素。结论：医院应该充分重视和了解青年职工的思想动态，进一步加强对青年职工的职业规划、价值观的培养、归属感的建立等方面的思想建设工作。

Conclusion:hospital should pay attention to ideological trends and understanding of young workers, construction work to further strengthen the ideological building of the young employee occupation planning, values of culture, the sense of belonging.
