86名肥胖儿童的饮食营养与行为改变

目的：控诉肥胖儿童的饮食营养与行为改变之间的关系。方法：对济南市区３所有代表性的小学９～１２负单纯性肥胖学生８６名进行了饮食营养调查和行为测试。结果；肥胖儿童总以胆、碳永化合物、蛋白质及脂肪摄入均高于对照组。行为改变方面，肥胖组社交情况量表分低于对照组，行为问题量表分明显高于对照组，轻或度肥胖组学校情况量表分低于对照组，重度肥组活动情况，社交情况量表分低于对照组，行为问题量表分对照组；男性肥胖儿童

Dietary Nutrition of 86 Obese Children and Behavioral Change

Objective:To observe the relationship between dietary nutrition of obese children and behavioral change.Method:Investigation of dietary nutrition and behavioral tests were made among 86 students of simple obesity from 9 to 12 years old in 3 typical primary schools of Jinan municipal district.Results:The intakes of total energy,carbohydrates,protein and fat by the obese children were all higher than those of controls.In respect of behavioral change,social communication status CBCL of obese group was lower than that of control group,behavioral problem CBCL remarkably higher than that of control group.Schooling status CBCL of mild and moderate obesity group was lower than that of control group,so was social communication status CBCL of severe obesity group,whereas behavioral problem CBCL was higher than that of control group.Schooling status CBCL of male obese children was lower than that of control group,behavioral problem CBCL higher than that of control group.Social status CBCL of female obese group was lower than that of control group,behavioral problem CBCL higher than that of control group.Conclusion:These results indicate that nutritional imbalance is the main cause of simple obesity during children period.They have poor ability of social communication,serious behavioral problem and defect.It is imminent to carry out propaganda and education about nutritional knowledge among students and their parents to lessen the incidence of obesity among them.
