| 摘 要： | 随着现代医学的发展，生物医学模式向社会心理生物医学模式转变，临床医生也必须由传统医学向以循证医学为依据的行医模式转变。传统医学以个人经验加理论知识为指导，循证医学是临床流行病学和现代信息学、临床医学结合的典范，是指医生的个别临床经验与最佳科学依据相结合的临床模式，是现代医学发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | ? With the modern medical science development, the biomedical mode is changing to a biopsychosociomedical one. Accordingly, clinical dotors must also transform the mode of traditional medicine into the Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM). The traditional medicine is conducted by personal experience and theoretical knowledge. EBM is a combined model, which integrates clinical epidemiology and modern informational science with clinical medicine. It is also a kind of clinical mode which bases on the doctor's individual experience and the best scientific evidences The appearance of EBM is an inevitable trend of modern medicine development. |
