| 摘 要： | 一文提出了民主理想和民主现实两个既相互区别又相互联系的概念，并对其进行了理论界定。进而在此基础上，论术了民主理想和民主现实在静态中的差异、动态中的统一及在实践中的互相转化和辩证运动。
