医护一体化品管圈在胸外科管道护理中的应用效果分析

目的 探讨医护一体化品管圈在胸外科管道护理中的应用效果。 方法 采用便利抽样法选取2011年1月-2012年12月在胸外科住院的管道患者276例将其分为2组,2011年1~12月住院的128例患者为对照组,由各班护理人员按照传统方法进行管道护理;2012年1~12月住院的148例患者为研究组,在管道护理中实施医护一体化品管圈活动,比较2组管道防护依从性、管道不良事件发生率、患者出院满意度及医护人员工作满意度。 结果 研究组管道防护依从性(91.22%)高于对照组(56.25%);管道不良事件发生率(2.08%)低于对照组(17.52%);患者出院满意度(97.97%)高于对照组(80.47%); 医护人员工作满意度高于对照组。 结论 在胸外科管道护理中实施医护一体化品管圈活动,可有效提高患者依从性、满意度及医护人员工作满意度,明显降低了患者管道不良事件发生率,有效提高了导管护理质量,确保了患者安全。

Effects of medical integration quality control circle in the tube nursing in department of thoracic surgery

Objective To study the effects of medical integration quality control circle in the tube nursing in department of thoracic surgery. Methods Totally 276 patients with tubes in thoracic surgery department from January 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients from January 2011 to December 2011 were allocated into control group (n=128),who were given traditional tube nursing. Patients from January 2012 to December 2012 were allocated into experimental group (n=148),who were given medical integration quality control circle to improve the tube nursing quality. The tube protection compliance, adverse events, satisfaction of the discharge patients and medical staff of 2 groups were compared. Results The tube protection compliance rate in the experimental group (91.22%) was higher than that in the control group (56.25%). The adverse events rate in the experimental group (2.78%) was lower than that in the control group (17.52%). The satisfaction of the discharge patients in the experimental group (97.97%) was higher than that in the control group (80.47%). The satisfaction of medical staff in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusions Medical integration quality control circle in the tube nursing in department of thoracic surgery can effectively improve the compliance of patients, the satisfaction of discharge patients and medical staff, significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with tubes,enhance nursing quality and ensure the safety of patients.
