益肝冲剂质量标准研究

摘    要:目的 建立苴肝冲剂的质量标准。方法 采用TLC法对制剂中延胡索和厚朴进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定丹参酮ⅡA的含量。选择C18柱。以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,流速为1.2mL·min^-1。检测波长为270nm。结果 在TLC图谱中可检出延胡索和厚朴的特征斑点。丹参酮IIA在7.92μg·mL^-1~79.2μg·mL^-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.91%(n=5)。结论 该方法简便,准确,专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Yigan powder. METHODS Rhizoma Corydalis and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis in the medicine were identified by TLC, the Tanshinone Ⅱ A content in this medicine was determined by HPLC.The methanol-water(75 : 25)solulion was used as the mobile phase, the column was C18, the flow rate was 1.2mL·min^-1, and the detective wavelength was at 270nm. RESULTS Rhizoma Corydalis and Cortex Magnliae Officinalis could be indentified by TLC. Tanshinone ⅡA showed a good linear relationship at the range of 7.92μg·mL^- 1 - 79.2μg·mL^-1, r = 0. 9995. The average recovery was 98.5 %, and RSD was 1.91% (n = 5). CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
