2000年我国眼科资源现状调查研究

目的了解我国2000年眼科医疗机构的分布、卫生人力资源现状等一般情况。方法2001年3月至2001年12月采用卫生部医政司统一编制的《2000年眼科现状调查表》，以信函方式调查我国2000年所有已注册的眼科医疗机构．回收资料3613份。数据处理应用SAS统计软件。结果2000年我国县级以上综合医院眼科实际开放床位数41448张，平均每个医院44．09张．比1996年增加18．93张，增长率为75．2％。县级医院眼科实际开放床位数13562张，平均每个医院增加2．15张，增长率为25．3％。平均每个医院的专职眼科医师由4．40人增加到5．01人，增长率为13．9%，每个医院拥有大专以上学历医师数由3．70人增加到4．55人，增长率为23．0％。结论眼科医疗机构取得了一定的发展，但存在着眼科医疗机构分布不合理、人力资源分布不均衡、医护比例过低等问题，需要国家采取区域卫生规划、加大护士的培养力度等措施来解决。

Present Condition of Ophthalmology Resource in China in 2000

Objective To identify the quantity, constitution, human resources of our ophthalmic organizations in the whole mainland of China in 2000. Methods Adopt the ophthalmology status survey forms which were developed by the Department of Health Administration of Ministry of Health to investigate the registered medical treatment organizations in the whole mainland of China in 2000. The collected data were analyzed using SAS software. Results The department of ophthalmology of general hospital above county level of our country had been opened several 41448 beds actually in 2000, each one with 44.09 on average, increased 18.93 compared with 1996, rate of increase was 75.2%. The department of ophthalmology of hospital at county level opened 13562 beds actually, each hospital average increased 2.15 beds, rate of increase was 25.3%. Each full-time eye doctor of hospital increased to 5.01 people by 4.40 people on average, rate of increase was 13.9%, each hospital had academic certificates at or above the junior college level doctor rose to 4.55 people by 3.70 people, rate of increase was 23.0%. Conclusion The ophthalmic organizations had obtained certain development, while the distribution of ophthalmic organizations and human resource was uneven, the doctors and nurses' proportion was low grade. The government must take the measures, such as regional health planning, increasing the personnel of nurse etc.
