| Abstract: | Summary In two cases of acute encephalitis, there was an intrathecal antibody synthesis against measles virus, as determined with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The clinical findings were not consistent with a usual measles infection, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis or acute multiple sclerosis. |
