胃癌组织中P53,MMP-2,E-cadherin的表达及临床意义的研究

目的探讨p53基因和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和E—钙黏附素(E-cadherin)的表达程度和功能活性状态与肿瘤发生及癌细胞的浸润和淋巴结转移及分化关系,以及p53、MMP-2和E-cadherin表达与其临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法对60例胃癌组织中p53、MMP-2和E-cadherin表达结果,采用SAS软件进行统计学处理。结果 MMP-2,E-cadherin的表达不仅与Lauren组分型、TNM分期有关,P53、MMP-2,E-cad-herin的表达均与浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关。胃癌组织中P53的表达与MMP-2表达呈正相关,P53、MMP-2与E-cadherin表达呈显著负相关。胃癌组织中侵袭程度强伴淋巴结转移的阳性患者P53、MMP-2、E-cadherin的异常表达率明显高于阴性患者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 p53、MMP-2和E-cadherin的表达与胃癌癌淋巴结侵袭转移有关,其所导致的肿瘤细胞增殖及微血管的形成与侵犯转移密切相关。且三者之间有着明显的关联性,在胃癌的发生发展过程中有着协同及促进作用。

Study on the expression of P53,MMP-2,E cadherin in Gastric carcinoma and clinical significance

Objective The active state of function of P53,MMP-2,E-cadherin and the occurrences of tumorigenesis,the invasion of cancercells and the metastasis and differentiation of lymph node,as well as the expression of P53、MMP 2 and E cadherin with the clinicopathological features.Methods Immunohistochemical wethod was eployed to invesigate the expression ofP53、MMP 2 and E cadherin in tissue blocks from 60 gastric carcinomas.Results With strong degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis in the Gastric carcinoma,the abnormal expression rate of P53,MMP 2 and E cadherin in positive patients is significantly higher than that in the negative patients,it’s statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The P53,MMP 2 and E cadherin expression is related to lymph node invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma,the caused proliferation of tumor cell and the formation of micrangium are related to the invasion and metastasis of lymph node.And the three are closely related,plays a synergy and facilitating role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
