摘    要:目的:调查五大连池天然矿泉水水源微生物污染状况。方法:利用GB/T8538-2008《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》规定的微生物检验方法调查60处天然露头泉中大肠菌群、粪链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和产气荚膜梭菌的污染状况。结果:调查表明,所测水样中四种微生物指标的合格率均低于60%。结论:五大连池地区天然矿泉水水源整体遭到污染,个别泉眼污染严重。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate microbial pollution status of natural mineral water sources at Wudalianchi.Methods:Acording to the methord of GB/T8538-2008,microbial pollution including Coliform group,Fecal streptococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Clostridium perfringens were investigated in 60 natural outcrop springs.Results:For all the water samples,qualified rates of four indicators were all less than 60%.Conclusion:The natural mineral water sources were polluted widely,and some of them were seriously polluted.
