| 摘 要： | 本文分析讨论了我院收治的5例胃大部切除术后并发胆石症、胆囊炎病例,认为:胃切除加迷走神经干切断,胃切除后的吻合方式、手术创伤,血运障碍、细菌感染及术后禁食均为本病的可能病因。诊断治疗时,应注意术后急性胆囊炎的发病特点,应采用及时合理的手术治疗.本病以预防为主,胃_大部切除时保留正常的胃肠连贯性,保护拉氏神经和肝支,术后处理得当均能降低其发病率。

| Abstract: | Complications of cholelithiasis and cholecystitis after subtotal gastrectomy of five patients were reviewed.In this article the mechanism,the clinical manifestations, the diagnosis and the treatment were discussed,The particularities of the cholecystitis and the experiences on treatment of cholecystitis were formulated.Besides,the prevention measures for the possible causes were also formulated. |
