| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药健肾方含药血清培养成骨细胞移植促进骨折愈合过程中组织形态学的变化。方法制备含药血清并进行成骨细胞培养，移植成骨细胞到骨折部位，用X线观察骨折部位骨痂生长情况，并观察组织形态学变化。结果随着时间变化，X线检查示健肾方高剂量组骨痂呈致密，骨折线模糊；模型组骨痂较稀松，密度低。组织学观察示健肾方高剂量组毛细血管数量减少，大量骨组织形成有较多的成骨细胞和胶原纤维，是软骨骨痂形成期；福善美组胶原纤维较少，胶原排列比较混乱；模型组可见少量的软骨形成，排列混乱；空白大鼠血清合并成骨细胞治疗组毛细血管丰富，红细胞多，处于血性骨痂形成期；健肾方低剂量组毛细血管数量减少，骨组织形成量较少。结论通过动态X线片检查和组织形态学观察，表明健肾方含药血清培养成骨细胞移植可促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合。
