苦参提取物治疗基层官兵皮肤过敏性疾病的临床药效

目的研究苦参提取物对于皮肤过敏性疾病的治疗效果。方法将1091名患皮肤过敏性疾病的基层官兵随机分组：正常对照组、过敏组、苦参凝胶治疗组、复方地塞米松乳膏对照组、盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊对照组、马来酸氯苯那敏对照组,按规定治疗方案给药后观察治疗效果、不良反应及复发情况,抽取部分病例检测血清IgE水平和血液嗜酸粒细胞计数。结果四组总治愈率分别为：苦参凝胶治疗组70．00％,复方地塞米松乳膏对照组76．12％、盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊对照组64．15％、马来酸氯苯那敏对照组组79．（）{）％;苦参凝胶不良反应最少且复发率低;苦参提取物组,地塞米松组可显著降低过敏患者血液嗜酸粒细胞计数;此两组可稍降低血清IgE水平。结论苦参提取物对皮肤过敏性疾病临床疗效好,不良反应少,复发率低,调节免疫平衡,特别适合基层官兵皮肤过敏性疾病的治疗。

Pharmacodynamics of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Extract in Treating Allergic Skin Disease of Grassroots Servicemen

Objective To study the curative effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract on allergic skin disease. Methods A total of 1091 grassroots servicemen with allergic skin disease were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Extract Gel group, dexamethasone group, levocetirizine group and chlorphena- mine group treated by different medicines. The curative effect, adverse reactions and relapse rate were observed. The eo- sinophil counts in blood and IgE level in serum were detected. Results The recovery rate of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis Extract Gel, dexamethasone, levocetirizine and chlorphenamine groups were 70. 00%, 76. 12~, 64. 15~, 79. 00~//00 re- spectively. The incidence of the adverse react and the reoccurrence rate were the lowest in the Sophorae Flavescentis Ex- tract Gel group. Sophorae Flavescentis Extract Gel could decrease the eosinophil counts in blood significantly, and re- duced the serum IgE level. Conclusion Radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract has good herapeutic effect in treating allergic skin disease, can decrease the incidence of adverse reactions and reoccurrence rate and regulate immune balance, which is especially suitable for grassroots servicemen with allergic skin disease.
