摘    要:目的探讨我军飞行人员心血管疾病危险因素的流行病学情况,为飞行人员的健康监督及教育提供参考根据。方法选取全军飞行人员2012年度的体检资料,比较各年龄段血压、血脂、血尿酸、体质量指数(bodymassin—dex,BMI)、高血压及高脂血症患病率等指标。结果飞行人员高血压、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、糖尿病、高尿酸血症的患病率分别为3.97%、22.38%、25.99%、1.14%和17.71%,吸烟率45.9G,超重肥胖率58.5%。飞行人员高血压患病率、吸烟率、超重肥胖率,舒张压、BMI、腰围、血胆固醇、甘油三酯水平呈现明显的年龄差异(P〈0.05),飞行人员高尿酸血症患病率及尿酸水平无年龄差异(P〉0.05)。结论我军飞行人员心血管危险因素患病率高,应加强对可控危险因素的干预。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors in flying personnel of the People' s Liberation Army, and provide evidences for health education and administration. Methods The medical data of flying personnel in 21112 including blood pressure (BP), blood fat, blood uric acid, body mass index (BMI) as well as rates of hypertension, hyperlipidemia were collected and analysed. Results The prevalence rates of hypertension, hypercholester- olemia, hypertriglyceridemia, diabetes mellitus, hyperuricemia were 3.97%, 22.38%, 25.99%, 1.14% and 17.71% re- spectively. The rates of smoking and increased BMI were 45.9% and 58.5%. Significant differences existed between the rates of hypertension, smoking, overweight and obese, levels of diastolic BP, BMI, waist circumferences and blood fat in different age groups (P〈0. 05). Level of blood uric acid and prevalence of hyperuricemia had no difference between 3 groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Multiple cardiovascular controllable risk factors wiht high prevalence exist in flying per sonnel. Invention should be strengthened.
