前列平片赤芍中芍药苷的HPLC含量测定

目的建立HPLC法测定前列平片中芍药苷含量测定的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定。用Shimadzu C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相,流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温为室温,进样量为20μL。结果芍药苷保留时间约为22min左右。芍药的线性范围为1.594~31.88μg,γ=0.9992,平均加样回收率为98.37%(n=5)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于前列平片中芍药苷的HPLC含量测定。

Determination of paeonifolrin in Qianlieping Tablets by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of the paeoniflorin in Qianlieping Tablets by HPLC.METHODS RP-HPLC method was used with a column of Shimadzu C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-H2O(12∶88),the flow rate was 1mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 230nm and the column temperature was 25℃,the sample volume was 20μL.RESULTS The retention time of the paeoniflorin was about 22min.Nice linear correlation existed,when the paeoniflorin was within 1.594~31.88μg.The correlation coefficient was 0.9992.The average recoveries of paeoniflorin were 98.37%(n=5).CONCLUSION With this method,paeoniflorin in Qianlieping Tablets could be determined simultaneously and applicable to the quality,can be used to the paeoniflorin of Qianlieping Tablets HPLC determination,in order to ensure the safety and rational use of the drug.
