| 摘 要： | 目的研究白芨、凝血酶治疗消化道出血的疗效。方法白芨5g、凝血酶500u，1次／6h，生理盐水100ml，调成糊状口服，30min内不饮水。结果经内镜检查评定，止血成功率平均36．5h，有效率96．7％。结论白芨、凝血酶中西医结合疗法是治疗上消化道出血的有效方法，具有高效价廉、安全、方便等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on clinical effects of Bletilla Striata in combinatin with noradrenaline for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods To take 100ml of NS containing Bletilla Striata 5g and nora-drenaline 500u after being mixed in pasty,and to avoid water took for 30minutes.Results The assessment though the endoscope shows that the hemostyptic achievement radio is 36.5 on average and the effective power is 96.7%.Conclusion It is a effective,simple,safe and convenient treatment for upper gastrointestinal hemor-rhage. |
