| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨美罗培南在治疗神经外科手术后合并颅内感染的作用。方法:对2家医院2004年1月-2008年10月,84例神经外科手术后颅内感染病例统计,按静脉应用抗生素不同分A、B2组。A组:静脉滴注美罗培南(meropenem)+鞘内注射治疗46例;B组:静脉应用其他抗生素+鞘内注射治疗38例。结果:A组颅内感染治愈43例(93.5%);B组颅内感染治愈17例(44.7%)。A组术后颅内感染治愈率较B组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:静脉应用美罗培南+鞘内注射治疗可显著提高神经外科术后颅内感染治愈率。
