有氧运动与力竭游泳运动对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究有氧运动与力竭运动对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法雄性昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为空白对照组、有氧运动组和力竭运动组,分别进行有氧与力竭游泳运动,观察两种运动负荷对小鼠体重增长、免疫器官相对重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、溶菌酶含量、抗体效价、耳肿指数的影响。结果有氧运动组小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、溶菌酶含量、抗体效价、耳肿指数均高于空白对照组(P〈0.05);力竭运动组小鼠体重增长、胸腺和脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、溶菌酶含量、抗体效价、耳肿指数均低于空白对照组和有氧运动组(P〈0.05)。结论有氧运动能增强小鼠免疫功能而,力竭运动则降低小鼠免疫功能。
