| 摘 要： | 目的探讨浸润性乳腺癌分子亚型分布及其与临床病理特点的关系。方法选择2009年9月至2011年8月期间明确诊断的女性浸润性乳腺癌病例267例,分析雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、HER-2的表达水平,以及乳腺癌分子亚型与临床病理特点的关系。结果 267例中52.0%为Luminal A型,16.5%为Luminal B型,Her-2（＋）型占15.4%,Triple Negative型占16.1%。各分子亚型乳腺癌患者年龄集中在55岁以下,发病年龄有年轻化趋势。Luminal A型肿瘤分化程度较高,病理TNM分期偏早,晚期病例少,预后良好;Luminal B型组织学分级以Ⅱ级为主,患者中未绝经者比例高。Her-2（＋）型乳腺癌肿瘤趋向于低分化,大长径;Triple Negative型乳腺癌患者诊断时原发肿瘤较大,组织学分级高,腋窝淋巴结转移者较多,具有更多不良预后因素。结论浸润性乳腺癌分子亚型分布差异存在统计学意义,并与其临床病理特点密切相关。
