Ki-67和E-cadherin在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原（Ki-67）和上皮型钙黏附分子（E-cadherin）在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测84例乳腺癌组织中Ki-67和E-cadherin的表达,并收集肿瘤边缘5cm以上的癌旁正常乳腺组织50例为对照组。结果乳腺癌组织中Ki-67表达阳性率为88.09%,阳性蛋白定位于细胞核;E-cadherin阳性表达率为78.57%,阳性蛋白定位于细胞膜或浆;与癌旁组织相比Ki-67和E-cadherin阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义（χ2分别为65.326、5.646,P均〈0.05）。Ki-67阳性表达率在不同病理类型之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,Ki-67的阳性表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关（r=0.241,P〈0.05）,与体重指数呈正相关（r=0.244,P〈0.05）,而与年龄、民族、月经状况、肿瘤大小、分化程度、分期之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,E-cadherin阳性表达与病理分级呈负相关（r=-0.239,P〈0.05）,在不同年龄、民族、月经状况、体重指数,以及不同肿瘤大小、分期、病理类型、是否淋巴结转移之间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。E-cadherin阳性表达与Ki-67的表达强度无关。结论 Ki-67和E-cadherin与乳腺癌浸润转移有关,可作为评估乳腺癌预后、指导治疗的指标,但两者在乳腺癌发生、发展、侵袭和转移过程中没有相关性。

Expression and Its Significance of Ki-67 and E-cadherin in Breast Cancer Tissues

Objective To investigate the expressions of Ki-67 and E-cadherin in breast cancer and to analyze the relationship with clinical and pathological features of breast cancer.Methods The expression of Ki-67 and E-cadherin in 84 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in patients with breast cancer was 88.09% and positive protein localized in the nuclei.The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in patients with breast cancer was 78.57%...
