血管内皮生长因子C在宫颈癌中表达的临床研究

摘    要:目的检测宫颈癌患者血管内皮生长因子C(Vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)表达水平,探讨宫颈癌患者VEGF-C表达水平的临床意义。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR(Real Time FluorescenceQuantitative PCR,FQ RT-PCR)技术定量检测60例宫颈浸润癌和20例正常宫颈组织标本中VEGF-C mRNA表达水平;采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定同一患者血清VEGF-C浓度。结果宫颈癌患者组织标本中VEGF-C mRNA水平及血清中VEGF-C浓度显著高于正常宫颈者(P〈0.01),并且随着临床期别的升高依次升高(P=0.000),与肿瘤的浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05),而与肿瘤的组织类型、分化程度无关(P〉0.05)。宫颈癌患者组织中VEGF-C mRNA表达量与血清中VEGF-C浓度呈正相关(P〈0.01,r=0.517)。结论 VEGF-C可以成为宫颈癌术前预测盆腔淋巴结转移及预后评估的一个因子。
