| 摘 要： | 目的检测宫颈癌患者血管内皮生长因子C（Vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C）表达水平,探讨宫颈癌患者VEGF-C表达水平的临床意义。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR（Real Time FluorescenceQuantitative PCR,FQ RT-PCR）技术定量检测60例宫颈浸润癌和20例正常宫颈组织标本中VEGF-C mRNA表达水平;采用酶联免疫吸附法（enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA）测定同一患者血清VEGF-C浓度。结果宫颈癌患者组织标本中VEGF-C mRNA水平及血清中VEGF-C浓度显著高于正常宫颈者（P〈0.01）,并且随着临床期别的升高依次升高（P=0.000）,与肿瘤的浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）,而与肿瘤的组织类型、分化程度无关（P〉0.05）。宫颈癌患者组织中VEGF-C mRNA表达量与血清中VEGF-C浓度呈正相关（P〈0.01,r=0.517）。结论 VEGF-C可以成为宫颈癌术前预测盆腔淋巴结转移及预后评估的一个因子。
