| 摘 要： | 目的综述党参属药用植物化学成分和药理的研究进展。方法检索国内外相关文献46篇,着重阐述和归纳党参属药用植物化学成分方面和药理活性的研究进展。结果党参属药用植物中的一些特征成分如党参苷、党参炔苷、萜类及三萜皂苷类成分,可作为指标性成分。结论党参属药材品种较多,但除党参及几种主要品种外,其他党参属药材的化学和药理作用研究尚未开展,它们的开发利用还有限。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the progress of the chemical characters and pharmacological effects of Codonopsis Genus. Methods Based on relevant literatures, the chemical characters and pharmacological effects of these medicinal plants were summarized. Results Some of components, such as tangshenoside, lobetyolin, terpenoid and triterpenoid saponins, might be used as marker compounds for the Codonopsis Genus. Conclusions It provides a basis for further exploitation and utilization of Codonopsis Genus. |
