| 摘 要： | 目的了解宁夏城镇居民基本医疗保险首批试点居民两周患病率及影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法于2010年对首批试点的居民进行家庭询问调查。结果共调查首批试点3000户家庭中符合城镇居民基本医疗保险的6167人。自报两周患病率为14.74%,女性高于男性,经多因素逐步Logistic回归分析,两周患病率的主要影响因素：性别、年龄、民族、婚姻状况、人均年收入、自评健康状况、是否患有慢性病。结论应针对主要影响因素加强卫生服务力度,提高居民健康水平。
