| 摘 要： | 目的为了提高神经内科护理人员对本科住院患者护理安全的知识,加强对住院患者的安全管理,防止发生意外方法对2004年1月～2006年12月神经内科住院患者住院期间发生意外事件进行了回顾和分析结果通过对护士及患者进行安全教育,对患者进行及时评估,可以将不安全因素减少到最低限度结论制订预见性护理计划,加强护患沟通是预防不安全因素发生的有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective To help the nurses of Neuro-internal Medicine increase the knowledge of nursing care safety for patients in hospital of this section,and to strengthen the safety supervision to patients in this hospital as a way to prevent accidents. Method To review and analyze the accidents happened to the patients of Neuro-internal Medicine during their hospitalization from January 2004 to November 2006. Result The insecure factors can be abated to the minimum degree through the education about safety to both the nurses and patients and the timely evaluation of the patients. Conclusion It is most effective to formulate foreseeable nursing care plan and strengthen the communication between nurses and patients in order to prevent the insecure factors. |
