联合用药治疗特应性皮炎临床疗效观察

目的 观察外用复方制剂硝酸益康唑/曲安奈德霜（派瑞松霜）治疗特应性皮炎的疗效及安全性.方法 采用派瑞松霜与复方康纳乐霜分别治疗特应性皮炎患者3周,于初诊当天,开始用药后1周、2周及3周进行观察并记录.结果 派瑞松霜组总有效率为70%,复方康纳乐霜组总有效率为58%,两组治疗前后症状、体征均有明显改变,但派瑞松与复方康纳乐霜相比差异有显著性（P＜0.01）.结论 两种药物治疗特应性皮炎均有明显疗效,但派瑞松霜对症状改善和皮损的恢复程度明显优于复方康纳乐霜.

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect About Combining Use of Two Medicines in Curing Atopic Dermatitis

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of drug curing atopic dermatitis,econazole nitrate/TA Cream(Pevisone crem).Methods We used Pevisone crem and kenacomb to cure the patients with atopic dermatitis of 3 weeks,then observed and record the condition of the first day、one week later and two weeks later.Results The total effective rate of the Pevisone crem group was 70%,and the other was 58%.The complaint and physical sign had been obviously changed after the cure by the two medicines.But there had significant difference between the two group(P<0.01).Conclusion When curing atopic dermatitis,the two medicines both had obviously curative effect,but Pevisone crem is more effective than kenacomb about the complaint improvement and the recovering degree of the skin damage.
